Well, welcome everybody. This is Justin. Obviously, I'm the host of mysterious circumstances and I am joined by a very special guest today for your regular listeners and longtime listeners. You guys know that D.B. Cooper is one of my pet cases.

This is a case. This in the Outlaw of Pass are two cases that I have dug deep into that I have been fascinated with

before podcasting or anything like that.

And like me and my esteemed guest here

have been thinking before recording.

There's a lot of episodes out there on D-D-Dup Cooper, but there's not a one-stop job for all the information that you could imagine on D.B. Cooper.

And when I hooked up with Darren here you know we started talking back and

forth and he's the guy that said there needs to be an entire podcast dedicated

to this and I am definitely not disagreeing with that

because there's so much out there you can't it's one of those cases that you can't

wrap up in an hour or an hour and a half and just said,

oh, he either died or he lived.

And I mean at the end result, yeah, you know,

that's partially true, but there's so much more to it. So I would like to introduce my guest Darren,

and Darren if you could, man, go ahead and introduce yourself.

So, like you said, I've been fascinated with the D.B. Cooper case

for quite a while.

I used to live in Woodland, Washington, and so the case was local. It was a local story. Woodland's probably the closest town to what the drop zone would be, or one of the theorized drop zones and I got started I read this book
