I hate when guys come on the show that are tougher than me, because it makes me feel bad about myself,

but we got a tough guy here.

Ben Wilson joining the show. Ben, how are you,

my friend? I'm doing fabulous. Glad to be here. That's good to hear. So you're out doing the

press tour with this new book of yours. What can you tell us about this book? Is it a fluff piece? Is

it about all your incredible goals during the NHO career you had? What's the

book about? Yeah, it's mostly about me being incredible. You know what happened? I thought it was

interesting. I haven't done interviews, appearances in 35 years. And this guy scoop Melanowski was got a contact

to my daughter and says you can do it I'll do it can you do an interview a

five-minute interview and after about a year my daughter said to me you can do it

you actually can get through five minutes and I did it and it was fun and afterwards

I started the I just spoke to the scoop and he's telling me what some of the guys are doing

and it was very touching very moving very important to me and I started thinking about the olden days

and I thought of there was an incredible number
