Girl you are in for a treat with today's episode because we have on the show one of my closest girlfriends Iisha and I absolutely adore this woman because I've seen her evolution

over the past couple of years to go from this person who had so much external validation

of Forbes 30 under 30 she She had this incredible branding agency

working with all these amazing, you know, different clients

and internally she felt really unfulfilled.

And I don't know if you can connect with that feeling of getting to a place where you look around you're like wait I checked all the boxes I did all the things on paper this makes sense but I'm not happy and then being brave enough to actually do something about it and we talk a lot about that

evolution. If you happened to attend the Empower Her Live event in 2022 you saw her

speak and do one of her very first keynotes on on the stage there and she was incredible talking

about the butterfly season and then she actually came back to empower her

live 2023 with her luxury jewelry line and company she created called White.

Well, at this current time that this episode is recorded,

she actually decided to sell that company White
