name is Laurie Harder.

If you're not familiar with her, she is the host of Earn Your Happy, which is a podcast

She has paved the way for me and so many other women in this space because she's just so

raw and transparent on her show, which I love.

And what's so cool about Laurie is she is someone who has had massive success.

She wrote a book called The Tribe Called Bliss, which was super successful.

She's been on dozens of covers of fitness magazines featured in lots of major publications

and spoke on really cool stages sold out her own events and earned millions of dollars
