Hey girl, I am so excited that you're here for today's episode because we have back

on the show, a woman that I so deeply admire for how she shows up in the world.

Her name is Jamie Kern Lima and she started a little company you might have heard of called

It Cosmetics and what's so cool about her story if you're not familiar, she started

in her freaking living room, then she went on to build it into the largest luxury makeup

brand in the country and sold it to L'Oreal for 1.2 billion, yes a billion with a B dollars

and she became the first female CEO in L'Oreal's history.

So, obviously she's accomplished a ton in her career but what I love about this woman

is she's a mom of two, she's a powerhouse speaker and now she's also an author of the

brand new released book called Believe It which is all about going from underestimated

to unstoppable and she sent me an advanced copy of it that I could read before our interview

and let me just tell you she weaves in some incredibly powerful stories and inspiring
