Girl, I'm so excited to hear for today's episode because we have on the show Jen Gottlieb.

And I'm not sure if you're familiar with her, but she's got a really cool story.

She is an actress and she was the host of a VH1 TV show and she was also recently named

one of the top 50 speakers in the world.

She's got a podcast called I Dare You that's super fun and high vibe and her and her

and her husband Chris, they live in downtown New York City and they have this incredible

company called the Super Connector Media which teaches business owners how to build profitable

brands.

And we're not talking about business in this episode though.

We're talking about how to get out of your own damn way to build a life that you love.

We're digging into self sabotage and rejection and we're talking a lot about building confidence

and really building up that belief in yourself that the life that you want is possible for
