So I always like to start with because it's an entrepreneurship podcast is when did you know

that you didn't want to work for somebody?

Oh probably on many occasions I think it's important to pick your leader before you pick

your career before you pick your boss your company.

So I've had many occasions when I was working for the wrong person for me and because

I am very comfortable self disrupting I usually quit them.

Yeah and I always tell people I'm there's like a few jobs in the world that I would be happy

to work for like I want Roger Gidell's job if you're going to have one that's the one I want.

148 million dollars I think that's what he makes a year and or is it no I'm sorry 48

you get's act he gets free jet usage for his lifetime.

Like there's certain jobs that I would definitely take but other than you know the few

like Dana White's gig as well I think Dana White's got maybe no I don't think anybody's

having more fun doing what he's doing but other than those few jobs yeah entrepreneurship

obviously you know if you're a co-founder of a talent agency you decided to go a different route.
