There's a lot of things we'd like.

I can tell you what you need to do to prepare your company to be sold and to get the most amount of money for it.

But no, we start a company with the goal at some point to take some chips off the table and make some money.

Nothing wrong with that.

But how do you do it in such a way that you make the most amount of money?

First thing is, is that you have to have a company that people want to buy.

There's specific things that people look for, just like when you go to buy a real estate.

There's certain things that you look for.

What's a tax assessment? What's the rental income?

It could be on it.

What did other houses sell for the neighborhood?

blah, blah, blah.

There's critical numbers.

Same thing in sales.

I mean, same thing in selling a company.

I'm sorry.

First thing, they're going to look at, what are your sales?
