real estate coaching. This is our podcast,

but we're going to be doing something a little bit different, a little bit off the menu,

which hopefully everyone will enjoy. And first, I'm going to introduce two very special guests

Williams. They're both former Navy SEALs with over 35 years of experience in international,

domestic, public, and private security services. So let's start with Jake, who was honorably

discharged from the U.S. military in 2017, after 12 years of service in the

Naval Special Operations Community, Jake served at SEAL Team 7 and was an instructor at

Basic Underwater Demolition Seal Training and Seal Qualification Training. During his tenure,

Jake conducted five combat deployments in support of

Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His many combat commendations include

the Joint Service Commendation Medal with Combat Valor, the Navy and Marine Corps

Commendation Medal with Combat Valor, the Army Commendation Medal, and numerous other joint

and individual awards.

He was awarded the Admiral Ricketts Award for inspirational leadership. As a SEAL student, he was

selected by his peers and instructor as class honormen. After transitioning out of the Navy,
