I'm excited about today's podcast. I have a co-founder of a company. She's the

CEO of multiple Fortune 500 companies in the past. She's been into Drag Race and she was

a pilot by 19.

I think this is going to be an exciting interview.

Michelle, it's great to have you on the podcast.

Thank you for having me appreciate it.

All right, so we're gonna get into, like like how do you become a pilot by 19 like we're going to get

into like how do you become a pilot by 19 like I'm just curious like we're going to get

into all the entrepreneurship stuff but that is pretty cool yeah. Well I actually started to manage a flight school and so when I was there it was just alluring. I had already been on the drag races. I love speed. I love the adrenaline and it was just another thing in my cap. I was like, you know what might as well. I'm just going to jump right in and since I was managing the school already that I could jump in anytime throughout the day and start flying.

Okay, whoever lets an 18 year old manage a pilot school? I just I'm a little, that's a step that's a I'm just picturing my son

manage anything I had at 18 and I adore the ground my son walks on so that's a that's a leap of

faith. Okay. so you've been the CEO of some

Fortune 500 companies so you got this you know obviously this backdrop of business

acumen but when did you know you were an entrepreneur?

Actually when I was really young so my father was an entrepreneur growing up and so I

my very first W2 was like $2.50 and I was working my dad and I was watching him.

And it was really fascinating because I was like, you know, I love the, what is it, the security of a real job, but it wasn't my passion, because it's all false security anyway.

I get around and go.

Yeah.
