Today's podcast is why you can't grow your company.

I'm going to make it very simple, very easy for you.

But I want to explain the difference between scaling and growth.

Growth is great, but growth is kind of like it's like a sugar hot.

It's like taking a five-hour energy.

It's not sustainable.

For a lot of reasons, you can have quick growth in your business.

You hit an ad that works.

You just hit something and now you have more leads than you've had before.

Or it sees things like that.

That's quick growth.

Scaling is when you grow and you have the infrastructure underneath of it to support it.

And you create an infrastructure because you know you're going to have consistent growth.

And I want to teach you how to scale.

And there is a difference.

And I'm going to tell you how you know the way you're going to scale.

And you're going to obviously see all the how this just kind of falls naturally in place.

The first thing is again, when you scale your business, it means that you're going to have all everything underneath of it.

So you're going to have the staff to do it.
