Well, you've written a few books, but this one's on leadership.

What made you write a book on leadership?

I guess because I'd worked for more by look than design.

Sure, I have to say I found myself working for some of the, I would genuinely say world-class leaders.

So I worked for some world-class leaders, learned a lot, helped other leaders move on the road

to world-class leadership leadership and so many people tell me I ought to write a book about it so eventually I did that sounds very egotistical but that's kind of what happened.

But there's nothing wrong with that. What do you find?

Let's, we're gonna, I'm gonna kind of pick your brain

and we're gonna go through leadership.

Leadership under the age of 25.

A lot of entrepreneurs,

and we're gonna work our way all the way up.

But you know, they're under the age of 25.

They came up with a good idea, they took the,

you know, they are ambitious, they got something off the ground.

But what do you typically find as their leadership weakness?
