but here we go again, back into the heart of darkness.

Specifically, a recent article on Welcome to Your Nightmare,

The Externalization of the Agenic State.

So I guess we should probably start with those basic introductory questions that I raised at the beginning here.

Specifically, what is the global government technology center,

and what does it have to say about the Agenic State?

Well, this center, it's part of a world economic forum center for the

fourth industrial revolution network and they started this center around October

last year it was decided during the Davos summit in

2024 that they would create this center and they happened to think that Berlin was the perfect location for his center.

And since they have also started a center in Kiev in Ukraine, and they have invited United Arab Hermites as a founding member to this network.
