It's not just like the FBI did an incompetent job, which would be bad enough when you're talking about a bio-warfare attack on Congress.

The recently launched Lawyers Committee anthrax petition, a petition to Congress for a redress of

grievances that we're going to be talking about in some degree of detail. So let's invite them on

Well, I'm the president and executive director of the Lawyers Committee.
