I was in a state of mental fragility 5150 vibes.

I would like to take this opportunity at the top of the show to say,

hello, my name is Jackie Shimmel Heifen-Haz and I'm an Advil Piam addict.

I had some form of a diet intervention with Andrew and my family last weekend in San Francisco

where they basically all told me that I had to cold turkey taking Advil Piam every night

and I'm not taking like four.

I took like one Advil Piam every single evening for the past month and they basically scared me

shitless and told me that my kidneys were going to fail me and I was going to die before the age

of 34 if I don't stop taking Advil Piam, which is hilarious because I'm pretty sure if we brought

in a licensed physician and me and said intervention attendees did a health and wellness check.

I would win with flying colors, but that's not the point because as I've learned in recovery,

we don't point fingers.

We look inward.

But because I am such a control freak, even the mention like, oh, you shouldn't take Advil Piam.

It's super bad for you. Even though I know that, having it be public information made me feel

like Jesse Spano in saved by the bell when she gets her caffeine pill addiction,

studying for SATs and trying to enter the, you know, band contest and she's like gripping her

caffeine pills. I'm so excited.

But instead like I'm singing Sophie Hawkins and, you know, not studying.
