depression

and if anybody else is dealing with this uh... and you want to be able to

commiserate one eight five five per show

but hayden what what are you going through right now

so there is a very real problem facing our college graduates that i really

just want to shed some light on thick that's a very

shadning conversations of my friends recently that i've just graduated and

as some of the history of anxiety depression like i always want to advocate

for mental health awareness

uh... have you guys heard of post-grad depression before

no nine till i um...

i nobody's ever used post-grad depression in a conversation with me

okay so the internet finds it as

quote unquote feeling so low tired or unmotivated after graduation that you

begin to have a hard time functioning in daily life

and a lot of the time people dismiss this as recent graduate being lazy

and because of this they don't offer them any support

but as with any other mental health situation you really can't help it

uh... so i put up a poll in my instagram story yesterday and said
