episode. I have one of my dear friends joining us today, Megan Ramos. She is author of a brand new book,

And I've known Megan for years and her colleague, Dr. Jason Fung, I actually visited them many years ago at their clinic in Toronto before Megan moved to California.

And I got to sit in on some meetings that they had for a day with their patients and see how they were doing

intermittent fasting and fasting with their patients. And it was so inspirational and amazing.

Now, for any of you who are not familiar, Megan is a Canadian clinical researcher. And she

joined Dr. Jason Fung and his colleagues as a research student when she was only 15 years old. And she's

now a world leading expert on therapeutic fasting and low carbohydrate diets. And she's guided

over 10,000 people worldwide. I'm sure it's actually more than double that. She's helped so

many people and educating so many people on the power of intermittent fasting.

She's very passionate about overcoming her own health hurdles through diet and lifestyle
