Just random questions that you have no idea that what I'm going to ask and you just have

to provide your answer as honestly and as quickly as possible.

There are everything from who's your favorite superhero to what's one thing that annoys

this shit out of you all the way to if you had to give someone advice to get their first

chin up, how'd you structure their training program?

Or how do you recommend people overcome binge eating if that's something they struggle

with?

So a lot of different topics.
