Today I want to talk about one of the benefits of what you and I are doing, this daily walk.

0:11.6

Some would call this exercise, and certainly it qualifies.

0:15.4

We are moving at a moderate level pace, which the CDC describes as three to four miles an hour.

0:22.6

It falls under the umbrella of moderate level physical activity, physical exercise.

0:28.6

And according to the CDC, that opens up all kinds of benefits, both short term and long term.

0:36.6

1:36.3

And it's one of those benefits that really has become super important for me.

1:42.3

Actually, I shouldn't put it that way because it's super important for all of us.

1:47.3

But I think about it more, and I'm more intentional about it, and I'm more aware of it,

1:53.0

and in a way where I want to do things to make it even better.

2:00.3

And I want to focus on a particular piece of research that came out four years ago that I think

2:07.0

you're going to find fascinating and you might even find a little unfair.
