Thank you for listening to this message from Damon Thompson Ministries. We're in the measure of presence, so we decided just to shift it around and one of the challenges with that will be of course the kids in the lunchroom, but we just kind of try to block that out.

This is just, I think it's just a witness of our lifestyle that you know we make plans and then he just

interrupts them but I do feel like there's enough you know the I think for me as much as

I love presents the temptation in a moment like this was just staring

here and worship for the next couple of hours.

But I do feel like what we're hearing is so aligning with some things that I'd prepared that

I'm just gonna go ahead and share a little bit.

And if y'all feel like you need to move over there because it's going to be less distracting

than sitting by the noise. That's good, but if you're fine there, I'm cool with that.

I, uh, my stuff I've been preparing, as you guys know, I don't really

have a staff meeting unless I have something to have a meeting about.

And the general stuff that I have a meeting about, you know, I have meetings all the time with individuals

if I feel like this necessary to do something regarding what's going on practically, I'm probably

not going to have a staff meeting about it unless it's something major.

I'm just going to meet with the individual that's over in charge of that specific thing.

So the staff meetings for me are a very spiritual thing.

And I think that's a witness.

I'll talk a lot about myself in the staff meetings

because this is the seat that I'm in that the seat that I'm in is most

requires me to be vulnerable and open with you here about where I am and then kind of use that as an

opportunity to see where we are but we're going to start in John 17 and I'm

going to just read a bulk of that to you but I want to I want to talk today about yielding to pursuit and
