I love your background. This is a very interesting combination for me. You have married positive

psychology with finances. Tell us first how that all came about. So when I finished the work with the Master Resilience Training Project, which is sort of what I used to do with Karen Ravich at the University of Pennsylvania, I needed a job.

I learned about this job at a bank and that they needed some help with leadership development and they wanted to

incorporate positive psychology into their teachings there. So I joined that and a few years later

this idea for the podcast came around. And that's where it really sort of all came together.

It was really exploring sort of what is this intersection of how we think about money, how we feel about money, and how we think and feel generally and how we think and feel about our lives.

And I hadn't necessarily thought of it directly like that before.

Of course, I'm like any other person.

I've got feelings about how I feel about money.
