I am really pumped to have today's guest host with me because this guy is super smart and has been recently through sort of a period where I've been in my life and I just love your energy so I'm going to do sort of a quick little intro to Anders Varner

Welcome to Harder to Kill radio. Thanks for having me. Yeah it's it's going well. Yeah so g, there's so much stuff I want to pick your brain about today because of what you've recently sort of been doing in your life.

But, you know, like I think we come from a similar world of being interested in

strength and training and capacity and all this cool stuff but for people who don't know I'll just give you like a quick

run down I mean you used to own a gym here in San Diego you're a coach and a trainer and

And we sort of happen to know each other, I think like our, we sort of like knew each other online from you know just the fact that San Diego is kind of a small space but you know relatively speaking but then

recently we've sort of you know I did the low back fix last year,

which you have a huge hand in and we can just sort of pimp that program really quickly.

Because it's awesome and it really did help me work
