But earning season is heating up, so let's get right to it.

We're going to start with Intel.

Second quarter profits and revenue both came in higher than expected.

But that was completely overshadowed by Intel's guidance for the third quarter.

Not only was it lower than Wall Street was expecting,

but Intel announced delays to their next generation of chips,

aimed at competing with AMD.

Three shares of Intel down 15% on Friday.

Jason, it's the biggest drop after earnings in nearly 20 years.

And my initial reaction is that no, this is not an overreaction actually.

There's no denying the success that Intel has had to date.

But management has noted this more than once that the business,
