For this week's clinical file, we have Muhammad, and Muhammad is documenting outcomes for a patient who has been treated

for a venous ulcer. Which of the following improvements is the most significant to report?

So we have A, the patient reports a decrease in pain from 6 out of 10 to 2 out of 10.

B, the patient's walking distance has increased from 100 meters to 300 meters.

C, the wound size has decreased from 6 centimeters squared to 3 centimeters squared.

really quick. And sometimes you're going to get MPTE questions that are just like this. They're very short.
