Yeah, the start we kind of started weird because of everything's going on. So, so tell me what happened.

So I you were supposed to be on at 12 or a little late because of blood sugar

issue. So tell me kind of what happened so people can kind of understand.

Yeah, man, unfortunately, this has been happening more often than the recent years, which is a lot to discuss.

I changed my medication protocols, I changed my medication protocol. So I changed my insulin protocol, right?

Yeah. This thing out better, man.

So what can we, before you start, can you tell everybody, are you a type, what, your type one diabetic? Yeah, yeah, so I'm type one diabetic. Okay. It's so

independent. Auto immune is the source, autoimmune disorder.

So a lot of people, first off, most people don't know the difference between type one and type two.

I'd assume most people that watch your podcast do.

But still, when I was diagnosed, I didn't know the difference.

I was like, wait, I'm not fat.

I can't be diabetic.

And then I'm like, oh, okay, so there's,

they should even be called the same name.
