Star of the day for Iowa State and there's a couple of them I think that really stuck out but number one it has to be Breece Hall the sophomore tail bag that's 75

75 1. It has to be Breece Hall, the sophomore tailbag, 18 carries for 154 yards and three touchdowns. That's 75-yarder in the second quarter really was a, you know, I wouldn't, it was kind of a tone setter I was states

offense had really struggled up to that point had had some really rough

drives there early on in the game and then that run by

Breece you know kind of opened things up for the cyclones and it made it to where

I think you you found where I was state had some sort of some sort of

openings. Obviously then the next one is Jaquan Bailey who in the first half had three and a half sacks, became the program's all time leading past Russia,

the all time leader in tackles for loss as well.

A guy that has obviously worked his butt off for a long time since arriving in Ames and now is a fifth year senior for him to be able to get that record.

It is well deserved. He's one of the best pass rushes that the school has ever seen and

Congratulations to Duqan for for becoming that all-time leader in sacks at Iowa State, but he was an absolute

monster in the first half
