I'm Jared Stansberry. We're going to jump right into it here.

And we're joined by Drew Davidson of the Fort Worth Star Telegraph.

He's a T.C. you beat writer for the telegram down there,

a star telegram down there in Fort Worth.

Drew, how are you doing this evening?

Hey, I'm doing good, Jared.

Thanks for having me on.

Absolutely, man.

I think that everybody up here is obviously really excited for this game on Saturday down in Fort Worth between the cyclones and the horn frogs

Considering the sour taste left in everybody's mouth after the the season opening lost to Louisiana for Iowa State,

but I can't even imagine how it is for everybody down there

considering the frogs haven't even been able to play a game yet.

Yeah, I mean without a question, they're itching, they're hungry to get the season started. I mean, I was Tate, ironically enough, is actually the fifth team, uh, TCUs kind of planned to open the season against here over the last, you know, four or five weeks. I mean, they went from Cal to UNLV to Tennessee Tech to SMU and out to Iowa State.

So there's no question they're ready to go.

I'm sure they're sick of eating each other at practice and going against each other at practice.

So just the fact of them being able to face another team and another opponent, I'm sure they'll be fired up just like I would say it'll be fired up to

you know kind of get back on track after that disappointing opener.
