Summary

Perhaps one of the most underused marketing tool of all time is Instagram Direct Messages. Instagram Direct Messages are the heart of my business and the #1 marketing strategy I give to everyone. I started connecting with my audience through direct messages two years ago and they allowed me to get to know my audience personally.

This has been so important for my business and, I think, one of the reasons I've found so much success.  So listen in because I'm telling you all the reasons why you should be using this marketing strategy today.

In this episode you will learn:

  • How to encourage your audience to respond to your stories
  • The difference between a high-touch and low-touch customer experience
  • About developing customer relationships on a personal level
  • About the opportunity to connect with industry leaders
  • Offering something of value to your audience to start a conversation
