guy his name is Nick Reese phenomenal guy phenomenal coach he's in the inner

circle and he brought up a really good topic of discussion which is basically

based around behavior change and specifically how to motivate someone to work

out when they don't do anything already a lot of times just with a lot of our

family members a brother a sister a cousin mom dad whatever someone you

really care about who isn't doing what they need to do to say healthy and you're

concerned you're worried and no matter what even though they know they should be

doing it they're not eating right they're not working out they're not taking care

of their fitness so in this episode him and I talk about that and go into very

deep psychological strategies and motivational tools to help the people we
