Follow Me Amali, take on the Appalachian Trail.

So Michelle, let's start out by tell us a little bit about yourself.

Sure. I'm an Appalachian Trail maintainer for a section in Pennsylvania,

self-published, author and illustrator, Hiker, Backpacker, Dog Mom.

You pretty much covered it.

This is interesting to me. We have two things we're going to talk about here.

First and foremost, I want to talk about your book,

but then the trail maintaining and some of your other excursions.

Because that looks really interesting as well.

But let's talk about your book. What inspired you to write the book?

Yes, so I have always felt kind of called to the Appalachian Trail.

I think a lot of people who love the Appalachian Trail are more obsessed with it.

So I have always had a love for it.
