We often treat people as leaders as sort of objects, right?

And Newton's first law of physics, right, tells us that when we put force and pressure on object, it moves in the direction of that force.

But people aren't objects, right? People react against it.

Adam or Professor Galinsky is one of my husband David's former professors, one of his favorites, in fact.

And when his PR representative sent me an email asking if I was interested in having him on the show,

I instantly recognized his name and welcome the chat. Adam is a renowned social psychologist and

Columbia Business School professor who has a new book, Inspire. In this book, he's exploring a variety of

issues pertaining to leadership, especially looking at

the spectrum of leaders, from being inspiring to infuriating.
