a couple different clips and things about his approach to the Dallas Mavericks job.

Why they checked all the boxes for him,

why he made the jump from college to the NBA.

A very important clip about Kyrie and how he's going to approach this job,

which I think is one of the most important things we heard from him. And then he also answered some questions, one of one from me about Moro's Johnson and then gave a really great story about Morris Johnson. We'll talk about it and hear from a little bit later. But let's start here. The beginning of the press conference started with Masai Jiri giving his opening remarks and basically just giving the the whole like, hey, is, this is who we brought in. This is, this is, this is, this is how we're going to move forward. You know, he said, I would like to introduce an incredible person, which is something that he's been very specific about. And he wanted to build a culture, wanting to, wanting to build a group of people here that all want to win,

all have the same mentality. We want to win in Dallas, right? The intro to the whole show

that we use here. And I thought the way that he ended his opening remarks was, again, very specific,

like Messiah usually is, very pointed, and he used his words very carefully. Tell me if you

can hear the one specific four-letter word he used in this that makes me think, man, this is a

different approach than what we've heard in the past. Everybody wants to bring something special

here. We're all on the same page here to win.
