And we have a great podcast for you today because today I'm speaking with Paul Janish, who is the new director of player development with the White Sox.

He was hired by Chris Getz to essentially replace himself.

And Paul's in charge of a farm system that has gone through from what I see, a huge

transformation in a very short period of time.

Seven of their top 10 prospects were not in the organization a year ago and roughly half

of the top 30.

I speak with Paul a lot about what he does and what's going on in the minor leagues,

the culture they are building there and what they're trying to accomplish.

And then we talk about a whole lot of guys, Colson Montgomery, Noah Schultz, Drew Thorpe, Hirae Ariarte, Edgar Carroll, Brooks Baldwin, Jacob Gonzalez, and more.

And I know that you, White Sox fans, have been down this road before.
