if you go slow enough it's impossible to fall down is how i figured that out although i'd one

fall in six days so i'm pretty proud of that it was a uh pretty decent effort i think so it was uh it was

good though i spent half the time chasing my kids around the slopes who have literally no fear and trying to get them to turn and stuff like that.

So we saw Jared Cook, Chris Long, James Lorenitis, all cut by the L.A. Rams.

The New York Jets cut Antonio Cromarty.

DeMarcus Ware might need to take a pay cut or get cut by the Denver Broncos.

And I saw that Joe Flacco is having a meeting with the Ravens to renegotiate his contract.

So this is all the kind of stuff that teams do as they try and negotiate that salary cap

and get ready for the start of the new league year on March the 9th.

Yeah, and it just, it's the players too.

You know, you look at Alex Mack and Cleveland.
