When seasoned paranormal investigator, Eric Freeman Sims and his husband purchased the historic

nighthouse in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

They weren't just buying a piece of real estate.

They were stepping into a haunted legacy.

Built between 1815 and 1820, the nighthouse is the oldest standing structure in the city

and was home to the prominent night family for 80 years.

But the echoes of the past haven't gone silent. Since moving in, Eric and his husband have experienced disembodied voices, phantom footsteps, mysterious knocking, and unexplainable sounds that suggest the Knight family may not have truly left.

So as I was kind of digging into your book and reading your book and learning about you,

I realized that you and your husband had purchased an old historic house.

It just happens to be haunted.

And I was like, I want you to come back on the show to talk about the nighthouse and here you are today. Thank you very much for taking the time. Yeah, thanks for having me.

Yeah, we bought the old, 210-year-old haunted house. That was the kind of creepy house that everybody

made legends up when they rode by it as kids.
