conventions. Where I come from in the U.S. They're highly theatrical, highly ideological, multi-day jamborees of like-minded

activists and big speeches. Ladies and gentlemen, leaders and fighters for freedom and liberty

and the American dream, the best is yet to come. But what about in the EU?

What's it like to be at one of these conventions for a collection of parties from around the continent, speaking multiple languages, coming together for the sake of the European Parliament election?
