Dude, you're like iconic in the podcast industry. Yeah, notorious. Yeah, definitely. And host of Fresh and Fit.

Yes. I have a big older demographic too. So if you want to, you know, explain what that is and then plug that in.

Yeah, sure. So the FreshFit podcast, it's the number one male self-approval improvement podcast. We focus on helping guys get, you know, money, be attractive, get in shape.

Because it kind of started as a dating podcast. And then we realized very quickly that guys have inadequacies that extend way beyond just being awkward with women. You know, they're fat, they're awkward, they're shy, they're timid. They don't have their money on point. And then I realized, like, in the globalized sexual marketplace that we have now, where women are more selective than never before, thanks to Instagram, thanks to dating apps, et cetera, you can't be an average guy and get women anymore. You simply can't, you know, the days of making 30K per year and, you know, white pick a fence and a dutiful wife that will sit by your side, it's not going to happen. You have to be exceptional to get a halfway decent girl nowadays. So the Fresh and Fit podcast kind of fills that void and kind of lets guys know about how women have changed too because guys think that, you know, girls are sugar and spice and everything nice. And it's like, you know, I'm kind of here to tell you the reality of how modern women move now in what I call a deregulated sexual marketplace, which I'm happy to explain that if you want me to. But things have changed significantly from, you know, 1924 versus 2024, thanks to feminism and a bunch of other cultural shifts. Yeah, I had seen your clips like ever since I got on TikTok around COVID. And then I see you on Johnny's show. And I'm like, why is he on Johnny's show? And I had no idea you used to be a federal agent. Yeah. So I have many hats. Yeah, people are shocked by that too whenever I talk about

like my background. So I was especially the only special age with Homeland Security

investigations from 2013 to 2020. I left in late to 2020, basically because the podcast started to take off

because I had been running a fitness business while I was an agent. And then I was like,

well, if I'm going to scale up, I need to get on YouTube. And then obviously, why do guys

get in shape? They want to get girls. And then that led to me giving guys help with the ladies.

And then that led to a podcast.

And, you know, then they're like, you know, you have to obviously say controversial things to tell guys the truth about what it takes to be attractive with women. You know, you can't be a sim, can't be a sucker. You know, you have to put yourself first a lot of times. And these things are not things that are federal agents should be saying with a clearance, right? So they kind of told me they brought me in.

I'll never forget my special agent in charge,

the deputy special agent in charge,

and an assistant special agent in charge. They brought me in and they're like, hey dude, like, what are you doing? You can't be talking like this, you know? And at the time I had one of the biggest national security cases in the country. So you're like, dude, you're going to have to testify, blah, blah, blah, why can't be like this.

Like, dude, just drop it. It's not that serious. And that kind of happens with government employees because a lot of them have never been entrepreneurs. They've never done anything outside of the government. So like to them, they're like, make money on the internet. What are you talking about? YouTube. This Bs, dude, just drop it.

It's not that serious.

But they didn't see the vision.

So, you know, I ended up resigning.

I didn't want to leave.
