You've probably heard of them, like icon of the seas and star of the seas.

Richard is now sharing decades of experience and insight in his brand new book, Delivering the Wow, which explores the culture, the leadership,

and the creativity that helped redefined what a vacation at sea could actually look like.

We're going to talk about what inspired as well philosophy, how Royal Caribbean continues to innovate,

and what the future of travel might look like. Richard and his wife of 56 years have four children

and eight grandchildren of varying ages and we are so excited to be talking with him today.
