I'm back. I'm Jessica Mernan, and since we last talked, I went back to school to become a horticultural

therapist. I've been studying, researching, and now putting into practice how nature can bring us

more calm, more focus, and create a deeper connection to ourselves and others. And in that time,

I've also watched every single season of the housewives.

Because I'm equally obsessed with the power of nature and watching questionable TV in bed,

I'll be merging those two worlds together with my new show, Inside Outside.

Each week, my guest and I will discuss an outside thing, like our first nature memory,

how gardening can change your brain and the rise of birding. And then we'll cover an inside thing,

like the shows were binging, favorite new books, the latest internet gossip and food and beauty
