Hello everyone!
It's a brand new season of The Earful Tower, where I'll be exploring each of the 20 arrondissements in order.
So naturally, we will start in the first and we'll start with a bang!
I went for an explore of the Louvre museum when it was closed to the public. With me, Maria Pasca from My Private Paris, a boutique tour agency which is the sponsor of this new podcast season.
The museum was inaugurating the room that features the famed Mona Lisa painting, and had opened it just for Louvre members.
Hope you enjoy this episode!
The music in this episode included "Invitation to the Castle Ball" by Doug Maxwell.

1:06.2 | but if you didn't know, these 20 districts are arranged in a snail-like formation, going from |
1:11.9 | one in the very center, spiraling clockwise out until number 20, which is over in eastern Paris, |
1:19.3 | which is where Belleville and Palisches are. So we're starting episode one right in the middle |
