| 1:19.0 | Declutter and prepare the space, |
| 1:22.0 | prepare yourself, bring in tension. |
| 1:27.0 | And when you're ready, we will begin. Sit down or lie down comfortably and start by doing nothing. |

| 2:01.5 | What thoughts are rising up? What feelings? Take a deep breath in and let that breath out. |
