Summary

Also known as the Book of Life, the Akashic Records are an infinite storehouse of information, wisdom, and Universal guidance.
 
As a Divine tool, the Records give you direct access to higher consciousness, quantum healing, and powerful life-changing insights.
 
In this episode of INNER WORK, we'll explore some distinct ways in which working with the Akashic Records can heal you. For example, the Records can help you:
  • shatter 3D illusions (such as the illusion of separation and illusion of lack)
  • align with Higher Truth - despite any chaos, noise, or distractions from the outside world
  • experience potent perspective shifts, which free you from getting stuck in a fearful or triggered state
  • shed "human density" and ego
  • understand the spiritual reality behind our human experiences (both personally and collectively)
  • receive healing light to upgrade your energy system & physical body
  • soothe and regulate your nervous system
The more time you spend in the Records, and the more you open yourself to receive their energy, the more you'll experience these incredible forms of healing.
