Life has been so hectic, so busy, so full of ups and downs lately. I'm guessing it has been the same way for many of you,

not just because of that crazy retrograde period that we just experienced, but because we're all in

this process of ascension together and for so many other reasons. So let's start by taking a

minute to settle in and breathe a little bit. Let's just breathe for a minute.
