Hello, my dearest friends, my dearest companions on the spiritual journey.

Welcome to another episode of Inner Work, a Spiritual Growth podcast.

I'm so glad you're here with me to explore this important subject of relationships,

something we really haven't touched upon yet on this podcast.

So I'm very excited for this episode. And I think as I was

dreaming up and conceiving of this episode, I really was focusing more on romantic relationships,

rather than any other kind of relationship, say a friendship or a business partnership.

But I do want to say, as I realized, throughout the development of this episode,

that really everything we are going to talk about today, of course, applies to many different forms of relationships.

In fact, most forms of human relationships.
