The point of spirituality, at least the way I see it, is not to feel great all of the time,

but rather it's to get better at feeling.

So get better at feeling all of your emotions, all of your sensations, all of your

human experiences. So not to feel great all of the time, which really is impossible anyway,

but instead to get better at feeling. And this will be the topic for our bonus midweek episode of Inner Revolution, which is my

current ongoing series on this podcast.
