So our topic for day 12, which is today on this series, is a really big one.

That topic is boundaries.

So let me just say right off the bat, we're not going to be able to cover everything having

to do with boundaries in an exhaustive, comprehensive way in this very brief episode.

So this is kind of a primer on boundaries.

It's a little bit of an introduction to boundaries.

And we're going to do some self-inquiry and self-reflection and a little bit of work

to determine how are you doing in terms of your boundaries, where might you need a little bit of work,

or just to refresh some of your boundaries, or to re-cl clarify or redefine some of those

boundaries in your own life.

So as always, take what resonates and leave the rest.

And I want to start today's episode with the image of a fence, just any kind of fence, enclosing maybe a home or a park or some other type of physical space.

So that fence, however it looks like as you're calling up that image in your mind,

that fence is a symbol of containment.
