exploring your current relationship to your body (and healing any self-judgment, self-criticism, lack of acceptance, frustration, etc as related to your body)
making space to acknowledge and, if necessary, grieve your body's changes through the years - while also embracing your body where it is now
a powerful exercise to re-connect to your body from a place of self-compassion, unconditional love, and possibility
seeing your body as an ALLY on your spiritual path
