I don't know about you, but I feel good.

So quick update from us, Charlie and his wife Natalie had their baby a little earlier

than expected, so congratulations to them.

Everyone's doing well.

We're super, super excited for them.

So Charlie's not going to be with us for a little bit.

As you can imagine, I was gone for a while when my daughter was born, so giving them some time just to enjoy and not worry about the podcast. He is still watching the sons when he gets a chance, but he's not going to be with us for a little bit. So I'll probably be doing a couple solo episodes here, maybe trying to get a couple of guests on my wife

said she might want to come on the show. So we'll see. We'll figure that out. But for now,

just going to be hanging out with me. On today's episode, we're going to talk about injuries.
