He was still weeks away from launching his presidential bid and the country was just getting to know Mayor Pete from South Bend, Indiana.

Now Buttigieg is Secretary Pete and he's a key player in the Biden administration's efforts to pass the most significant investment in America's infrastructure since the 1950s.

But it all hangs in the balance as the White House struggles to hammer out the details and piece together the votes.

Buttigieg joins me today to talk about what's actually in the bill and what it would mean for our trains, roads, bridges and the livelihoods of millions of Americans.
