of Mississippi is asking the justices to overturn Roe vs. Wade the landmark decision that

affirmed the right to have an abortion. Meanwhile, Trump ally Thomas Barich pleaded not guilty

to federal charges of illegal lobbying on behalf of the United Arab Emirates. And the

first Capitol riot defendant to be sent to jail after a felony guilty plea was sentenced

to eight months in prison for obstructing an official proceeding.

There is so much going on where we starting. I think we're going to start with the issue

of abortion. That takes us to Mississippi, doesn't it?

Indeed, indeed it does. As often it does. By the way, as a matter of background for folks

who are not from Mississippi or not familiar, it's not like abortion is readily available

in all parts of the state. How many places can one get a legal abortion in Mississippi

at this moment?

I believe in one. And that would be in Jackson, Mississippi.

One place. And now there is a law that has been challenged in Mississippi. And the issue

has been litigated in the district court and the circuit court. And now it looks like
